Heather’s expertise in this field comes not only from her clinical accomplishments but also as a Mother of 3 children, one boy, one girl, and one angel baby. Heather does a fantastic job in conceptualizing and breaking down the worries, shames and expectations that mothers and couples face in the realities of growing our families, our relationships and our homes.
